Zeinet&SSE has established, documented and implemented a Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001. The system is maintained and continually improved through the use of the quality policy, quality objectives, audit results, analysis of data, corrective and preventive action and management review. In instances where Zeinet&SSE chooses to outsource a given process Zeinet&SSE ensures control and maintains oversight of such processes.

One of the tasks that Zeinet&SSE Senior Management have focused on is the implementation of a quality management system (QMS), which establishes key quality policy and objectives. Furthermore, they have been involved in the strategic implementation of various other initiatives. With a view to adding value to internal and external policy, and processes.

By conducting needs analysis Zeinet&SSE is able to identify current and future Customer needs, which adds value to the relationship, by reducing the lead-time between a need and our ability to provide a solution.

Quality objectives are established to support organization’s efforts in achieving our quality policy and reviewed annually for suitability. Objectives have been established for all locations. Quality objectives are measurable, consistent and reviewed against performance goals at each management review meeting.

Organizational structure is reflected in organizational charts established by Zeinet&SSE to show the interrelation of personnel in the organization. Job descriptions define the responsibilities and authorities of each position on the organizational chart. Job descriptions and the organizational charts are reviewed and approved by top management for adequacy. These documents are available throughout the organization to help employees understand responsibilities and authorities.
